 Hi fellow twin mommies/daddies! We have 11 month old
 b/g twins who have been having MAJOR nap/bedtime
 battles. They need milk, and tons of soothing to go to
 sleep. They both keep turning, sitting up, and then
 standing up in the crib. It's been ending up with both
 screaming/crying babies, and frustrated
 parents/grandparents. They have also been
 (inconsistently) having night wakings. I know I want
 them to get on a consistent eating/sleeping schedule,
 but not really sure how to get there. As of right now
 they sleep in separate rooms, yet still wake up when
 the other cries and wakes up. I would love to have
 them sleep in the same room, and was wondering if any
 of you twin mommies had any tips on how you guys
 accomplished this?As of right now, we do have a bedtime
 routine. We bathe them, read them a few books, and then
 give them a bottle plus pacifier to sleep (and more
 soothing of course). We try to put them down around 8,
 but the time isn't super consistent. That is something
 I definitely know we have to work on.. We want them to
 be able to sleep on their own, get enough sleep, and at
 the right times. I would love to hear from you guys and
 what you guys did to achieve these things! Thanks in

 We used (and still use when traveling or not at home
 during the day), the fisher price rock n plays. I was
 hesitant to buy these, but they ended up being my best
 purchase. I think they are around $60 each. We put
 one on either side of our bed. At 4 months we moved
 our daughter in the crib, but my son still sleeps in it
 bc it is elevated and he has reflux. We also have a
 pnp with bassinet that I thought we'd use, but never
 have as the rock n plays are so portable and our kids
 slept/sleep so well in them. The only thing I'd
 caution you about is if you use the rock n plays and
 them car seats in your stroller, they never sleep flat.
 Looking back I wish I'd had them sleep on flat
 surfaces more.
