 I have young toddlers. My husband and I are exhausted
 and no longer have a couple's life, we only have time
 for the twins. It all feels tiring and impossibly hard
 to continue. We are older (40's), went through an
 uphill battle to have the kids and now realize that was
 not even the opening salvo of what awaits us.Our social
 circle has shrunk a lot since the babies . We feel
 unhappy often, and unprepared. It does not help that
 the kids are going through a massive sleep regression
 and lack of sleep affects my husband and I quickly and
 deeply.I just need some hope: to hear from folks who
 struggled in the first 24-30 months and can honestly
 say life is more even keeled now.Thank you. Sorry for
 anonymous post, I just feel embarrassed I am not
 "cutting it".
