 Looking for any advice anyone has on the best car seats
 to get. My twins are 16th months and we have a small
 car. We were using the Britax B Safe which I liked and
 they just fitted in the backseat.

 I think you'll find it varies widely based on
 experience. A mother's helper can probably be found for
 $15/hr. I think most nannies for two kids start at $20
 an hour and with good experience are likely to be $25.
