 Hi - I am being induced a week from today (37 weeks) at
 Kaiser via a foley bulb. I was originally scheduled for
 38 weeks but A was diagnosed as IUGR almost two weeks
 ago (8%). Just wondering if others have had this done
 and if you could share your experiences. I understand
 that the entire process between the start of the
 induction to the birth of the babies can take two to
 three days. Is that really typical? What happens during
 that time? How do you stay busy? I thought I might be
 able to go home until labor starts, but I guess that's
 not an option for safety reasons. I also understand
 that pitocin may or may not be needed. Excited and a
 little anxious .
