 Looking for a full-time nanny for our 1 year old twins
 starting in January. This is a long term opportunity
 for at least 1 year. We are looking for a calm loving
 person with previous experience with multiple kids and
 recommendations. Some light household upkeep, kids
 laundry and kids food prep will also be required.
 Monday - Thursday 7:30 am-5pm, some Fridays, some
 infrequent late nights and Saturdays. Russian speaking
 is a plus but not required. San Francisco

 Thank you very much for all your answers.I decided to
 try the CPMC classes in December. And maybe I'll try
 the class for breastfeeding but specialized in twins.
