[House] Foot surgery

Well, here are the major time markers:

This Friday is RA's birthday
Convolution over the weekend
My birthday on 10/4
The girls' birthday on 10/20.
My classroom training ends 11/14.

Would you feel comfortable doing it between my birthday and the girls or
shortly after theirs? I want to have you back on your feet before I finish
classroom work because I may wind up on god know's what schedule after that.
