 We found ours on Care.com. We interviewed 5 people,
 mostly students, and chose an undergrad student. We
 loved having her and she stayed with us for about
 almost 3 years (she started with us while I was
 pregnant). She didn't have twins experience but was
 great anyway, was able to roll with the punches. We've
 also really liked some people we've met/used on
 UrbanSitter. Good luck!
