 I bought the Double Rain and Wind Cover

 cover city select) on Amazon, and it was so terrible
 that I returned it. I then decided to get the
 rain-repellent bundle mes, because I realized that I
 wouldn't go for walks in heavy pouring rain, but I
 definitely went out in a drizzle or wet fog. And the
 bundle mes worked just fine for that. The rain cover
 wouldn't stay on in the wind that often comes with
 rain. And it tore on my second day.
