[House] T-Mobile Update

Got one of the T-Mobile "hey let's check your shit" calls.

Turns out that free everything in Canada and Mexico is A Thing on
the new plans, but we had to plan up.  While I was at it I dropped
the 4th line because we're not getting a 4-pack bundle price on this
plan.

The disadvantage is that we went from 2.5G/month/line to
2G/month/line; RJ you'll want to watch out for that as you're the
only one who was regularly hitting the limit.

The advantages are:

1.  RA's phone (and RJ's, not that it matters, and mine) can do free
    calls/text/data to Canada and *in* Canada.  Which is pretty
    sweet.

2.  We went from ~$150/month to ~$115/month
