 Congratulations on your soon to arrive twins!We used
 Mealtrain.com to create a schedule for family & friends
 to bring/send us meals. We put our dietary
 restrictions/preferences on the page, as well as local
 restaurants whose delivery we liked, and friends near
 and far flocked to give us food. We did Tues, Thurs &
 Sat meals, and often people gave us enough for
 leftovers. We did 2 months, but we probably could
 easily have done it for 3 or 4 months. So that's an
 easy set-up for free, healthy meals. We sent out a mass
 email with the link and posted it on Facebook. We also
 have a weekly house cleaner, who will do dishes,
 tidying, and sheets and such. I'm not sure if she does
 laundry, but I'm sure you could talk with her about it.
 Her name is Maricela and her number is (415) 595-6181.
 She works with another woman, Naomi, and they are both
 great. They LOVE the babies and are able to work around
 us in the house - asking what rooms we'll be using next
 and cleaning in the best order. Maricela speaks perfect
 English. We've been working with her for several years,
 so her prices may have gone up, but for our 2 bedroom
 apartment she charged us $120 for the first deep
 cleaning and then $80 for the regular cleanings. Good
