 Mountain Diapers. I use Planet Wise wet bags for when
 we are out and about for the dirty diapers. I'm happy
 to answer any additional questions or clarify anything
 for you. There is a lot of jargon that goes along with
 entering the cloth diaper world and it took me a while
 to sort it all out and decide what we wanted. Oh, as
 far as realistic, it's been great. My husband was very
 apprehensive beforehand, but is a cloth diaper convert
 now. Totally doable with twins if you are set up before
 they are born and are willing to take a small learning
 curve.
