[House] Going to be irritable in a few weeks.

So whenever it arrives (perhaps a week from now), I'm going to be
taking a fairly extreme folate supplement (15x the amount RA is
taking) because it turns out my MTHFR mutations are worse than hers.
If this works, it should in theory give me most of the mood
improvements that I get from Tramadol, but without having to, you
know, *take an opiate every day*.
The problem is that apparently people get super irritable on this
stuff for the first 7-10 days, and then it goes away. So I need
y'all to be ready for that and be ready to tell me I'm behaving
badly because I have trouble noticing irritability sometimes.
Depending on the timing, I might not take it until I come back from
Canada, for obvious reasons.
