Hi Anna,

It's been more than 2 months since you did a walkthrough of the 
property, and we have not as yet received an appointment for the 
repairs. The toilet is extremely urgent, as we lose at least a tank of 
water every two days, and greater SF water restrictions will go into 
effect soon. Other water issues have made themselves known as well: 
leaky faucet in the downstars bathroom, and valve issues in the 
upstairs shower. Please contact me as soon as possible at 415-682-8246 
so we can get the soonest possible appointments for these plumbing and 
other issues already discussed.
