 We are about to do a long flight with our 19 month olds
 (13 hours!). I've heard that you need to try to feed
 them according to the schedule of where you are- it
 helps get over jet lag. Also that the jet lag going is
 not nearly as bad as coming back. I hope someone else
 has some actual advice, though. Would love to hear from
 someone whose done it.
