Dear Robin,


This is Meg from the Berkeley Early Learning Lab. I am contacting you
because we have some games that Kelly and Frances are the perfect age to
play, since they are 3 years old. Would you all be interested in coming to
our lab to participate?

   We are interested in early learning in children. Your children will play
two short games. In one, we study how children learn new words by
presenting them with new, made-up toys. In another, we show children some
blocks and machines to look at their causal learning. Kelly and Frances
will receive a "UC Berkeley diploma" and a prize. The appointment will last
about one hour. We have the following start times open for appointments:



Friday, May 8th: 9:00-10:00, 10:00-11:00, 11:00-12:00
Saturday, May 9th: 9:00-10:00, 10:00-11:00, 12:00-1:00, 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00
