Dear Graduates,



Congratulations! We are so proud of your achievements. Now, it is time to
celebrate! Our school’s inaugural virtual convocation ceremony will be held
in your honor on Saturday, May 16, 2015, via Blackboard Collaborate Web
Conferencing System. The live ceremony will begin promptly at 11 a.m.
Pacific Daylight Time. We strongly encourage you to join the ceremony no
later than 10:40 a.m.



In the next few days, please make sure your computer is set up for the
Blackboard Web Conferencing System. And please forward this email to your
family members and friends, so they can get their computers ready.



To help ensure the best experience possible, we’ve prepared a Getting
Started guide that outlines preparation tasks for using Blackboard
Collaborate, including how to set up audio equipment, install the
Collaborate Launcher software, and join a test session. Please note that
you may use the event link for testing purposes at any time prior to the
