2. Announcing: Toddler Support Group: Nov 12

 Toddler Support Group! Our next meeting will be on
 Thurs, Nov 12 at 8pm in Forest Hill (about half a mile
 from my house, for those of you who have been to recent
 meetings). Please join me for a casual discussion about
 the challenges and delights of raising twin (or
 triplet!) toddlers! Open to all SFPOM members, moms and

3. Call for research participants (Bay Area)

 For my Masters thesis I research how people interact
 with medical instructions they might receive from their
 doctor or at the ER. I am looking for people over 18
 years old who read and speak English, do not work in a
 medical profession, and are available for a 50-minute
 meeting between Friday 11/5 and Wednesday 11/11. The
 research meetings take 50 minutes and include a mix of
 conversation and hands-on activities. Participants
 have the chance to win a $100 Amazon gift

 Hello everyone,Recently I became a mum of twin
 beautiful girls 1 month old! As we are without any
 family in SF, I am doing everything for my little
 cuties alone. So chores like cleaning are not done:/
 Can someone recommend a reasonably priced cleaner which
 I will ideally want to use twice per month?thank you
 xxx

 Hi Solen,Congratulations! My twins are now 12 weeks
 old, and I think what helped me with back pain was
 doing some yoga every night before bed. This video has
 most of the moves I used, plus I added a few others
 that felt good from prenatal yoga (Jane at Yoga Tree is
 amazing, with the crowds of people to prove
 it).http://youtu.be/A9ADgyr_bVwI've got no good ideas
 for the working with the laptop - that only got harder
 for me and I would work either in a recliner with my
 feet up in my office, or lying down on my side at home
 with the laptop in front of me. Take care!Laura

 Thank you so much Laura! I'll definitely use the video.
 I go to Yoga Tree's prenatal classes with Kyle at 6th
 and California. It's a great class but unfortunately
 it's only once a week. Congratulations on your 12 week
 old twins!!! Solen
