The biggest problem with this is if one has to wait outside for very 
long, one is overcome by the cigarette smoke from all the assholes 
who can't wait another half hour for their smoke and light up anywhere 
they damn well please even though there are designated smoking areas, 
and who refuse to move to those areas even when asked politely, and 
there is no one to enforce smoking only in designated smoking areas.

If you *insist* on picking me up only at Arrivals, then you will call 
me when you get to Arrivals, and only then will I go outside to meet 
you.
