 I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant with two boys.
 Recently, during a routine visit, my doctor gave me
 some homework. She asked me to research "breech
 extraction" since Twin B isn't in proper position
 (breech). I'm hoping Twin B will shift into position,
 eventually. But, in the meantime, are there others who
 might be considering this option or perhaps have had
 experience with a breech extraction?

 First, at 26 weeks, twin B may move around a lot. I'm
 at 33 weeks and my Twin B seems to be finally settling
 into a vertex position after doing flips all summer. I
 thought that was good news. However, my OB said that
 she actually prefers beech extraction (when Twin B is
 essentially pulled out by his legs) since Twin B can
 get stuck if turned the wrong way during a vertex
 delivery, particularly if B is larger than A. But I
 know that most younger OBs aren't trained to do beech
 extraction anymore. I hope your doctor is asking you to
 research for your benefit, not hers!
