 I had a breech extraction for twin B. I was told in
 advance that not all doctors are able to do it so I was
 lucky enough that they had a doctor available that was
 experienced. They did make sure I had an epidural in
 case things didn't go as planned and I needed an
 emergency c-section, but everything went very smoothly
 and very quickly. Once twin a was delivered, they broke
 my water bag for twin b and pulled him out. Twin b was
 2 minutes younger than twin a.
