[House] Washer soap and printer

There is new washer soap. For most loads, soap to line one (of it's 
new, bigger cup)is sufficient. Soap should never exceed line 2.

The printer is set up again. You need to turn on the power strip under 
my desk. It's likely that I will change that once I finish 
excavation. I did do some testing to see what is wrong when trying to 
print color; all I did was use a lot of ink. :/ I'll look into some 
more later. B&W printing seems fine.
