 My twins are 3 months tomorrow and born at 35 and 4. 
 Can't say we have a schedule, some days are just better
 than others though. We should talk or get together.

 I highly recommend the book A Contented House with
 Twins. It has recommended schedules for the whole first
 year. The author often goes into great detail, but you
 can always skim and just use the breakout tables and
 recommendations for a general outline of your schedule,
 making tweaks as it fits your and your twins' needs.
 Our twins are 6 months and I still find it a good
 resource to this day. Good luck!
