We used the Arm's Reach cosleeper and were happy with
it! Our tall, full term twins got to be too tall to
sleep in it around 8 weeks. There was a good discussion
about this on the Facebook page a little bit ago. Head
to the main SFPOM page and search for Susannah Owens
Rivera to see all the responses to her question! Good
 luck!

I'm hot on your heels with our 1 month old twins, I've
been obsessed with that very topic. Most advice seems
to point the direction of the Contented House book but
there's also many mummas who use the 3 hour EASY
 schedule:

keep us posted? Inquiring mummas need to know how to
survive! I'm sure you're doing super! Good luck!

Poor momma! Ours are 12 months now, and things are so
much easier for us, so you will get there too! We did
Sleep-Eat-Activity as their general structure. We were
pretty diligent about making sure they ate (and slept)
at the same time - eating was the backbone of our day.
If one baby woke up early, we kept it occupied until
either the other one woke up or the early waker
couldn't stand it anymore, when we would wake up the
sleeping one & feed both. It was on an every 3 hour
cycle at first, then moved closer to 2 hours during the
day as they started sleeping longer stretches at night.
We tried to get 3 or 4 of our 8 feedings in by noon or
one, and then the rest of the day flowed from there. So
we didn't have a structure you could make plans by, but
we had a structure that gave us breaks, which was more
important then (and now!).We did modified cry it out
intervals at 3 months to get them to go down for naps
by themselves in their cribs, but ours were born at 40
weeks, so check with your doc/gut if yours are ready
now. (We never tried to push them to drop night
feedings, that happened naturally for ours, but we may
have been lucky.) It only took one really bad day: At
the first signs of sleepiness, we would put them down,
close the door & let them cry for 3 minutes. Then we'd
go in, pick up & cuddle & soothe, then put them down &
let them cry for 6 min. Repeat for 9, 12, 15 min (we
never did more than 15 min). Usually it was time to eat
again by then anyways, so we would start the cycle
again. My son didn't get hardly any sleep that first
day, but the second day they only needed 1-3 soothings,
and by the third day they only needed 1 max, and after
that we would usually just put them down and they go to
 sleep.Good luck!!!
