[House] ENT results

So I definitely have a structural problem that leads to my nasal infections
not clearing up like they should; specifically the path out of my frontal
sinuses is shit.

The choice basically is wait for the girls to stop getting sick all the
time and go back to only one systemic antibiotic course a year, or
surgery. I would very strongly prefer to need zero courses of antibiotics
in any given year, so surgery sounds great, but in addition we can also fix
the tightness of my right nostril that has been annoying me for the past
decade or so, although that requires coordinating with a second doctor[1].

I've chosen the less invasive version, which involves expanding balloons in
my sinuses until the bones give up; no incision.

Now I need to call and meet with the doctor who will do the nostril wall
bit to expand the right side.

I would be surprised if this was all wrapped up in less than 1.5 months or
more than four.

[1]: huge props to my ENT for saying that while he could do the nasal wall
part of the surgery, he's not great at it ("it's not a strong part of my
armamentarium", a word I was sure he made up until my keyboard just
autocorrected it for me)
