[House] TODOs for big giant wardrobe

Remaining list.  No further serious safety issues exist (except
arguably earthquake proofing).

- The rope is crap; replace with turnbuckle and wire; take bolt to
  the hardware store, replace with hook to attach the wires to; if
  we're going to have a structural support it might as well be
  structurally sound
- Get a screw for the runner-jumper-stopper thing; take the
  current one's screw to the hardware store.
- Get a boatload more shelves (and maybe shelf pins, but we might
  have some and/or they might come with the shelves); take a shelf
  and a shelf pin to the hardware store for comparison
- Get rid of the broken-ass changing table
- Do something permanent with all the TV hardware
