Become a Zoo Docent

With their extensive animal knowledge and willingness to serve, docents are valued members of the SF Zoo team! If you're looking for something meaningful to do with your extra time, consider becoming a docent. Attend the Docent Program Informational Event (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=ba0c3e26a8&e=7683a9aed3) on Saturday, January 14 from 10:00-12:00 at the Lurie Education Center at SF Zoo. Anyone interested should have a love for animals and the ability to share information with others. We'll teach you everything else! Deck the Boughs
Help SF Zoo gear up for ZooLights (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=d7dec30dcc&e=7683a9aed3)  by decorating a tree for our animals!  The decorated trees will be prominently displayed during the run of ZooLights, December 16-30. The trees will then be provided as enrichment to our animals to help keep them active and engaged. There are three sponsorship levels available from $500-$2,500. Toy and Food Collection
SF Zoo is giving back to the community and you're invited to join in the fun! We're collecting new, unwrapped toys for San Francisco Firefighters Toy Program and canned food for SF-Marin Food Bank. Toy collections bins are located in the main Gift Shop and food collection bins are located in the Lemur Cafe. Thank you for your generosity this holiday season!

Wild Walks
SF Zoo offers public, private and VIP Wild Walks, ranging from one hour to 90 minutes every weekend! Walks start at just $7 for members and $10 for non-members.
