[House] We'd like to hear from you - PG&E's Home Lighting Survey

Dear Ruth Anne Ladue,

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in cooperation with Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) is conducting a Home Lighting Survey to learn more about lighting purchases your household made within the past year. The information collected in this survey will be used to help PG&E make improvements to existing energy efficiency programs designed to serve customers like you. PG&E has contracted with DNV GL Energy a company that specializes in energy efficiency, to request this information from your household. 

We value your opinion.  Your participation is very important as only a limited number of customers were selected to take this survey.

Your responses will be held in the strictest confidence. The information collected will only be used for research purposes. No one associated with this survey is soliciting any products or services of any kind and your responses are treated confidentially. The responses you provide will be combined with other households and reported as averages and percentages.
