 Laura and Dori, thank you so much for the great advice
 and sharing the details of what has worked for you. We
 are getting the hang of things and developing a bit of
 a routine. I just wish it was easier to get out of the
 house more but we get out for a walk about 3 of 5 days.
 Milushka, we have our night doula 3 nights a week for 8
 hours a night. I do not nurse on those nights but I get
 up a few times to pump. It is still supremely helpful!
 I get much more sleep those nights. She is so
 knowledgeable and offers great support and info.
