I could not submit applications for kindergarten. I had to submit 
applications for TK. When I get notice that K & F have been assigned a 
TK, I go to enroll at the TK and ask for an assessment for admittance 
to kindergarten. At least now, we are in the system.

If we don't get the assessment, we go back to plan A, unless K & F 
*Really, REALLY* want to go to school.
