 Hi,We have identical twin boys coming any day now, and
 we're starting to get our nanny situation in order over
 the next couple of months.Question:What's the going
 rate for a good FT nanny for twins if you're doing
 nanny taxes?Does the rate differ if you don't do the
 nanny tax?Any strong feelings on whether to do the
 nanny tax or not? Pros / cons?Thanks!Shannon
