CPRS Awards of Excellence for Two Recent Park Projects
Great news! The California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) has awarded its Excellence
in Park Planning award for two recent capital renovation projects-- Boeddeker Park
and Cayuga Playground. The CPRS awards program recognizes outstanding achievement
in the areas of facility design, park planning, marketing and communication, and
 community improvement and programming. The two awards will be presented to the

Calling All Girls Baseball Players!
Rec and Park is recruiting girl baseball players to prepare for the Baseball For
 All Tournament coming to San Francisco this summer, July 23-30. We're looking for
girls to play in the following age groups: 7&8, 9&10, 11-13 and 14-16. Practices
 will start in the coming weeks.
