Chase Bank, West Portal branch
Keys are kept in the small cabinet in the kitchen near the spices.

You will need a PIN and one photo ID, or two pieces of photo ID, along 
with the key, to access the box.

Fees: the account attached to the box costs $12/month if we don't keep 
at least $1500 in the account, plus the $60(?)/year that having the 
box costs. RJ, please ACK this.
