 Hello Twin parents,We are moving to a new home that may
 have capacity to host an Au Pair for our now 7 month
 twins ( plus a 4 year old). We have a nanny now for the
 twins and had one for our older child until he was 2,
 but an Au Pair seems interesting for cost saving and
 flexibility. We are unsure though, about introducing a
 new person to our home.Any advice about pros/cons, good
 organizations to work with and questions to ask
 agencies or candidates would be very helpful.Thank you
 so much.
