 Hello & congratulations! My twins were full term. At
 the beginning, I would also tandem breastfeed, then top
 off with bottles because I didn't have enough of a
 supply, then pump to build my supply. Around 4 weeks we
 realized they were getting lazy at the breast waiting
 for their bottle (even though we used premie nipples to
 make it more work), so we changed to breastfeed one &
 bottle feed the other, switching each feeding, plus
 pumping afterwards. I stopped pumping at 8 weeks, but
 otherwise that's how we do it now at 6 months. (My
 supply stayed at only making enough milk for one baby.)
 I do tandem feed in the morning or if I miss a feeding,
 and that is so much easier for me than dealing with
 bottles! And it is way easier now than it used to be
 (like everything else!!). Take care, and remember that
 it will get better!!

 Thank you for your tips! Do you find that your twins
 feed the same at the breast? I have one efficient eater
 and one sloooow eater so while technically I can tandem
 feed I feel like it's off kilter cause my twins feed so
 differently. I appreciate the tips!
