FREE Admission for Moms on Mother's Day

Mother's Day BikeAbout

The mom in your life will love this special Mother’s Day outing! Spend your Sunday morning on a leisurely hour-and-a half-long, docent-led cycling tour through the Zoo, and finish up with relaxing continental breakfast. May Members' Morning

Enjoy complimentary coffee or hot chocolate and free rides on the Dentzel Carousel before walking over to the big cat area for a special animal keeper talk at 9:30 am.

Pacific Islander Party

Bring your family and friends to experience the incredible sights, sounds and flavors of the Pacific during Pacific Islander Heritage Day (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=636bf3b6af&e=7683a9aed3) on Sunday, May 15! KidsFest 2016

One of the most popular family events at the San Francisco Zoo, KidsFest, returns Friday, May 20 at 6:00 pm.  Enjoy exclusive wildlife presentations, live music, face painting, fun activities and arts and crafts. For the first time, Zoo Members receive a discount on admission! Last weekend's fundraiser, ZooFest, was an amazing success thanks to the generosity of so many people! The event paid tribute to our Nature Trail program, highlighted the many rescued animals at the Zoo and shared important wildlife conservation efforts, including those by U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, who was our honored guest. Support Stricter Punishment for Poaching

SF Zoo supports U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein's "Wildlife Trafficking Enforcement Act" and encourages our members to speak out against animal poaching. Earth Friendly Activities for Kids
It's always Earth Day at the Zoo! Our eco-kids art products are both earth and kid friendly. They are made in the USA with natural materials, including the colors, which are made from fruits and veggies! The art pad is 100% recycled, Rainforest Alliance Certified. Pick up your supplies at the SF Zoo Gift Shop and feel good about activity time!

New Animal Born
The Zoo is proud to announce the birth of a male giant anteater pup on March 30! Mom and pup can now be seen through the viewing window in the Puente al Sur exhibit. Check out the adorable new addition while he's still small and see him riding around on his mom's back.

Little Learners
