[House] Saemi and Lawyers 2

Hi All,

My other concern with the divorce and Saemi's house is the pressure to sell
from Bill and/or his daughter, who would inherit half the profit, but no
debt according to inheritance laws. I'm afraid if forced to sell the house,
there would not be enough money left to house Saemi. If she is the only
owner after Bill dies, she would be able to make a better case for
remaining there or at least have more for housing.
