Dear TK Families,       1/18/17

Please join the Sheridan community tomorrow, 1/19, at 7:30am, in a National
Day of Action.  Sheridan's staff and families will join many other school
communities across the country for this event.  Our goal is to send a
message to the new president that our children must come first. We will
gather at the school gate on Capitol, passing out leaflets and holding
signs to send messages to the new president against racism and bullying,
and deportation.  If you are interested in participating, please join us
before school between 7:30 and 7:50 am.

Next Wednesday is our 100th Day of School.  We've been counting every day,
and next week we'll reach DAY 100.  We will celebrate with lots of counting
activities, and putting things in 10 groups of 10 to make 100.

There is NO school on Friday January 27 for Lunar New Year.

We could use some more apples and bananas for snack.
