If anyone is looking for a night doula, we highly recommend Cassia
Appel. She was the night doula to our twin girls. She is very kind,
caring, relaxed, and easy to work with. She has over a decade of
experience with twin families. Cassia was great with our girls, who
have reflux and are very gassy, and taught us a lot about the best
bottles and nipples to use (Dr. Brown's), setting volume limits,
burping the girls as we feed them, and the importance of keeping them
elevated after feeding as a way to aid in digestion and minimize spit
up. We are so thankful to her for her help and advice. Her contact
