Members' Morning
Saturday, March 11
San Francisco Zoo Members are invited into the park early for our monthly Members’ Morning (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=6dfe2f149d&e=7683a9aed3) on Saturday, March 11 from 9:00-10:00 am. Members receive complimentary hot beverages and free carousel rides. This month, Members have the exclusive opportunity to meet animals from the Koret Animal Resource Center (ARC), home to our education ambassador animals. We're trying something new - a VIP Members' Only entrance off of Sloat Blvd from 9:00-10:00 am! Park on Sloat Blvd and quickly stroll into our Youth Exploration Zone for exclusive access to the Elinor Friend Playground, rides on the carousel and animal encounters.

Take a Wild Walk this weekend
SF Zoo offers public, private and VIP Wild Walks, ranging from one hour to 90 minutes every weekend! Guided tours start at just $7 for Members and $10 for non-members. Each tour is filled with fun facts, animal stories and animal encounters that will make you feel like a Zoo insider! Science Sunday Conservation Lecture

Join us for the latest installment of Science Sunday (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=de9c8748f0&e=7683a9aed3)  with a conservation lecture all about wolves on Sunday, March 12 from 1:00-2:30 pm in the Osher Great Hall of the Lurie Education Center at SF Zoo. In our nation’s past, wild wolves were brought to near extinction through government run anti-predator campaigns. Today, the California Wolf Center is working to forge a visionary path for wolf recovery in both the Golden State and the Southwest. Come learn more about the plight of gray wolves, their ecological importance as a keystone predator and the unprecedented efforts of the California Wolf Center to achieve successful wild wolf recovery.  The lecture is free and recommended for ages 12 and older.

St. Patrick's Party
San Francisco Zoo & Gardens is the “greenest” place in the Bay Area to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day (http://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=1cd8886224&e=7683a9aed3) ! Not only do we have 100 acres of green space, dozens of green animals, and a vast portfolio of environmentally conscious programs, we’re also throwing a fabulous party on March 18 & 19. Guests can enjoy live Irish music as well as traditional Irish food and beverages at The Depot, an outdoor dining space. The band will play sets from 12:00-3:00 pm each day. For all things green, stop by the Zoo and soak up the fun!

Pedal with your pals while enjoying the sights and sounds of your very own zoological park on Saturday, March 18 from 8:30-10:00 am! Bring your bicycle to the Zoo for this informative hour-and-a-half docent-led cycling tour. It’s great to be in the Zoo ahead of the crowds and watch the animals start their day. Registration includes parking and Zoo admission. Participants must bring a bicycle; the SF Zoo does not provide bicycles to rent.
