[House] Kid "TV" rules

Children must pause when a grownup talks to them.

Chores must still  be done before TV

   In the morning, this means
    Wash underwear area
    Put on clean clothes
    Eat breakfast
    Brush teeth and hair
    Make bed
    Clean room (if done the night before, shouldn't be a problem in the 
morning)

EVERY day, we will go outside for some hours. Children will turn off 
TV when asked to get ready.

EVERY day, we will do some reading.

At some point in the afternoon, if room not not clean, TV will stop 
until room is clean.
   Bed made
   Toys put away
   Dirty clothes put in hamper
   Books, toys, art supplies, and clothes in other rooms put away

Dinner some nights a week will be without TV.

Roll from dinner into pajamas and teeth brushing.

At 8pm, if not  already done, TV goes off until in pajamas and teeth 
brushed.

TV goes off for the night at 8:45.
