Celebrate Grandparent's Day at the Zoo!
Spending time with family is one of life's great treasures. In support of family together time, we're giving free admission to any grandparent who comes to the Zoo with a grandchild on Sunday, September 10 (one free admission per paid grandchild). Come admire our new black bears; feed the animals in the Fisher Family Children's Zoo; ride the historic 1920's Dentzel Carousel and authentic Little Puffer steam train. There's an adventure for everyone of every age at the Zoo!

We bear-ly can contain our excitement over our two rescued black bear cubs.  They aren’t just merely surviving here, but they are thriving! Make sure you come see these cuties before they are all grown up!

ZOOtoberfest Returns!
Come help us welcome our favorite season... FALL! Kids will love going on an adventure in "Harvest Hallow" where they can navigate through our giant hay maze with play areas along the way and use our festive setting for photo ops. Our "Zoo Brew Haus" is perfect for all ages, with a great selection of brews, a full slate of German-inspired dishes and energetic live music at The Depot Grill. You may even want to get up and dance! Weekends only from September 16- October 29.

Members' Morning on September 15!
Join us for our next Members' Morning on Friday, September 15 at 9 am! To celebrate Cub Cuteness, SFZS members are invited to join us for an early morning gathering featuring our two cubs. Enter through our historic Sloat Avenue entrance and present your current Membership Card for early Admission. Be sure to bring your camera!

Early Childhood Classes
