Students aged 4 through 14 will gain skills and confidence on stage in our musical theatre classes while having a blast! This Fall, we'll be performing a whole slew of popular musical titles, including Annie JR., All Shook Up, The Music Man KIDS, Seussical KIDS, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., and more. Pre-K K-1st 2nd-5th 5th-8th Skill Building Register today Performance-Based Classes Little Performers (K-1st) Explore the world of a show in this creative and engaging class designed for Kindergarten and 1st Graders! Relying on their imaginations and the guidance of our professional teaching artists, these Little Performers will create their own story of adventure, song, and dance! Their unique play will be showcased as the pre-show to the Young Performers' final production. They will also join the older students on stage for the grand finale! Register Young Performers (2nd-5th) Step onto the stage with fellow 2nd-5th grade performers! Through the process of rehearsing a musical, students will learn basic theatre skills while having fun and making new friends. In addition to their rehearsal once a week, students are expected to practice their songs and lines at home. At the end of the session, the full show will come to life on stage with colorful sets and costumes. Register Next Stage Performers (5th-8th) Step onto the next stage with fellow 5th-8th grade performers! Students will continue to advance their skills in acting, vocal technique and dance, through the process of rehearsing a musical. In addition to their rehearsals once a week, students are expected to practice their songs and lines at home. At the end of the session, the show will come to life on stage with colorful sets and costumes. Register Improv Explosion (3rd-8th) Hone your performance skills and practice the art of spontaneity! Dive into the collaborative world of creating an original piece of theater from the ground up! Through basic improv skills, theatre games, story building workshops and artistic collaboration, our actors will construct their very own unique theatre experience. Register Vocal Velocity (3rd-8th) This workshop is perfect for kids who love to sing and want to understand and improve their singing voice! Learn technique and gain skills for fun and to further your performance training. All levels welcome. With our voice workshops, students will be able to focus on thriving in these fundamental performance skills! Register Preschool Performers (TK / Age 4-5) Join our imaginative theatre class for the very young, and your preschooler will sing and dance, explore stories and story telling while acting them out with a professional actor and teacher. Your child will create themed artwork and costumes through craft projects, and celebrate their own story adventure on the final day of class.
