2. The required number of volunteer hours for a family with one vaulter is 9 hours.  The required number of volunteer hours for a family with 2 vaulters is 13.5.  The spreadsheet will calculate your hours as you sign up for jobs. Please use your last name only when signing up. You can see how many hours you've signed up for by clicking on the Family Hours tab.


3. The yellow highlights indicate available jobs.  These jobs are available on a first come/first serve basis.


4.  Please keep in mind your vaulter's "go" times when you sign up for your jobs.


5.  Don't be afraid to sign up for jobs that may be unfamiliar to you.  We'll answer any questions you might have to help you understand what you're getting yourself into.


6. If you already see your name on the sheet, one (or more) of your jobs has been pre-assigned per our discussion(s).  If you see your name in a place where it does not belong, please let me know.
