Thank you for making the May 15 Giving Day a huge success! You made great things happen! Dear Ruth Anne, I am beyond thrilled to announce the Bay Area Children's Theatre Great Things Happen Giving Day on May 15 was a huge success!  Thanks to our amazing community of supporters, we surpassed our goal and raised over $28,000 (and counting!) to expand access to the life-changing experience of theatre by: Giving over 35,000 students free or low-cost access to theatre through our Arts in Schools programs and special Student Matinee performances of our shows. Creating new bilingual productions and other groundbreaking works that reflect the needs and interests of Bay Area communities. Providing scholarships for talented students to participate in theatre classes and camps in more than a dozen Bay Area cities, from Pittsburg to Sunnyvale, Livermore to San Francisco. Supporting artists and educators who represent diverse perspectives and experiences. And so much more... Thank you for helping to ensure ALL children have access to great theatre, and to the great things it makes happen!
