[House] [WV] Woodside Vaulters 2018-2019 Season - Invoice Change

Hello,

As we enter the next vaulting season (starting Sep 1), I wanted to let you know of a slight change you may notice on your monthly dues invoice.


Your dues will now be listed as a single line item on your invoice as “Team Program” instead of listing out each component and cost of your vaulter’s program.  The following is an example of the change for the C Team:


 

NEW INVOICE PROCESS

DUES:  Team Program – C Team                                                                 $679  



OLD INVOICE PROCESS                                                      

DUES: Canter 2 - Competitive Canter Program at 2 days per week            $599

DUES:  Fit 4 Vaulting - Fit 4 Vaulting 1 day per week                                   $80

 

Dues for Individual programs will be listed separately from the Team Program dues.

 

This change better reflects the total cost of each Team Program.  Team programs may include vaulting on the horse and barrel as well as conditioning classes as determined by the coach to best fit the needs of the vaulters throughout the season.


You will be receiving your September dues invoice today, which will reflect the change noted above.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about this change.  Also, if you have questions about your Team Program or the rate for the new season, please let Flavia and me know.

I have attached a copy of the Woodside Vaulters Finance Policy for both Competitive (Development and High Performance) and Introductory (Tiny Tots and Intro Trot) programs for your reference, which are also included in your monthly dues invoice.
