Hardly Strictly Bluegrass on October 5-7

Alta Plaza Park Celebrates the Completion of its Water Conservation Project
The Friends of Alta Plaza Park celebrated the recent completion of a water conservation
project  at the park on September 23. The project reduces water usage by 39% or 
2.5 million gallons a year! Thank you to all of the supporters of this project, 
including District 2 Supervisor Catherine Stefani; the San Francisco Public Utilities
Commission; the Friends of Alta Plaza Park; former District 2 Supervisor Mark Farrell;

Pickleballers Celebrate with Pickles at Louis Sutter
This past month, we completed the resurfacing of the Louis Sutter sports courts,
 converting the tennis courts to dedicated pickleball courts, the first of its kind
in San Francisco! We held a celebration of this milestone on Saturday, September
 22 that not only had pickleball activities, but a pickling workshop! Thank you 
to everyone who supported this project and be sure to get out and play here soon!

Caesar Maximus Final Weekend in Golden Gate Park

Join our Greenagers and celebrate National Public Lands Day on Saturday, September
