San Francisco Zoo & Gardens is excited to welcome back its Members and Guardians! As a special thank you for your support and patience, we will host two "Members Only Appreciation Days" on Monday and Tuesday, July 13 & 14! To visit on those days you must be a current member and make an on-line reservation (starting at noon today!)

As happy as we are to see you again, safety remains our top priority, and we've worked hard to implement enhanced protocols and procedures for your good health. Please review our COVID-19 pre-screening questions before you visit us; we ask staff to do the same! In addition, here are a few things to expect when  you visit the Zoo.
* Face coverings are required for visitors over two years of age (we are required to enforce this rule to keep you safe!);
* Social distancing is required, and you'll see fun reminders throughout the park;
* One-way paths have been created in areas of known congestion;
* Additional hand sanitizers and sanitary protocols are in place.
* Outdoor areas are open, but our playground and rides are currently closed;
* An on-line retail store has been created to assist your shopping; and
* We have limited attendance on a timed basis to maintain social distancing!
