After two months of learning how to eat whole fish, swim, and socialize with staff, our six penguin chicks are graduating Fish School and returning to their home on Penguin Island! Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, our traditional March of the Penguins event will not be open to the public but we still need your help naming two of our chicks. As in years past, SF Zoo Members will receive one free naming entry per family. Additional naming entries are available to the general public (and members who wish to submit additional entries) for another male chick, "Blue Band," for a minimum $5 donation (https://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=3619af4278&e=7683a9aed3) . The link to the name submission form will be included in your automatically generated email confirmation. Entries will be accepted until Thursday, August 6th at midnightWinning names will be selected and announced on Saturday, August 8th via San Francisco Zoo's Facebook page (https://sfzoo.us12.list-manage.com/track/click?u=05b8326f4402b997fe7a097e3&id=8fa707e876&e=7683a9aed3) .
