Supporting Our Policyholders Dear CEA Policyholder, Everyday life has changed for all of us in light of COVID-19. While all Californians have been directed by the Governor to remain at home for the foreseeable future, please be assured that the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) is still here for you, and we aren’t going away. We’ve implemented a telework policy for all of our employees through at least the end of the month so we can do our part to help flatten the curve. But even though we’re teleworking, CEA continues to operate with full functionality and has not experienced any operational impacts that prevent us from performing both necessary and normal business functions. As you know, your CEA policy is specific to earthquake damage. CEA’s claim-paying capacity is more than $18 billion, and our available capital is close to $6 billion. We remain financially strong during this situation. We know it’s important to continue our work because earthquakes don’t stop for anything, including viruses and pandemics. So, we’ll continue to educate Californians on how to prepare before, during, and after an earthquake, and we’ll continue to be available for you. Remember that if you have a question about your policy or payments, contact your insurer. If you have other questions, visit our FAQs page or contact us. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in CEA and never take it for granted. Please be safe. Sincerely, Glenn Pomeroy, CEO California Earthquake Authority ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ California Earthquake Authority | 801 K Street, Suite 1000, Sacramento, CA 95814 Unsubscribe house at digitalkingdom.org Update Profile | About Constant Contact Sent by agentoutreach at calquake.com in collaboration with Try email marketing for free today!
