Smart thermostats and a Time-of-Use rate plan can help you lower your energy use and bills while warming your home during a time when energy demand and prices are lower. Some smart thermostats include time-of-use optimization that automatically warms your home during off peak hours - no programming required.


 For a limited time, PG&E has increased the rebate amount up to $120 for qualifying smart thermostats for customers on or who switch to a Time-of-Use rate plan.
